Corporate Travel Emergency Management is a process that includes planning, preparation and action in response to crisis or emergency situations during corporate travel. This involves establishing protocols and procedures for situations such as accidents, natural disasters, security threats or health emergencies. The objective of the dedicated Auxilia teams is to ensure safety and possible medical assistance during business travel, providing the necessary resources and information to safely travel to destination countries, effectively managing emergencies and, if necessary, coordinating evacuation or medical assistance. In order to better manage Travel Tasks and especially for Crisis Management, all the main actors of the Travel Risk Management process such as Travel Risk Manager, Team Leader and SOC Operator, Traveler/Expat, Local Security Provider and Expat/Local Security Team need a SW platform for the OPS Room and an APP for the Traveler/Expat and for the staff on the ground in general. Auxilia is the owner of the sources of the SW platform and the AUXILIA TRM APP, user friendly, both easily adaptable to the needs of the Client and interfaceable with the SW necessary for managing the process. The content and actions that can be activated by the APP are tools that can mitigate the risks associated with travel to the maximum, protecting travelers and companies.
